Seeking an individual that will be responsible for providing customer and administrative support for the Service and Product Support departments. Some responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Service and Product Support Managers and Technician Communicators (TC) to ensure accurate Technical Report Guidelines (TRGs) and quoting.
- Working closely with the Service and Product Support Managers and Technician Communicators (TC) to ensure accurate Technical Report Guidelines (TRGs) and quoting.
- Creating quotes daily after reviewing all PM Inspections completed by the PM Department. The quotes will be based on recommendations from technician notes on the inspections.
- Monitoring and review all work orders daily and obtain necessary purchase order information.
Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service and organizational skills. Bilingual a plus.
