Pantropic Power is seeking a customer-focused Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to support our power generation customers across the Northern Territory that includes Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River Counties.
You’ll develop strong customer relationships, identify service opportunities, and deliver solutions that maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and performance. Working with both Caterpillar and allied equipment, you’ll promote preventative maintenance, aftermarket support, and lifecycle service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers across critical industries
- Identify and sell maintenance agreements, service, repair, and support solutions
- Assess customer needs and recommend effective, value-driven solutions
- Support customers throughout the equipment lifecycle to improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with Service, Parts, Rental, and Sales teams to deliver excellent support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with power systems, generators, or industrial equipment (Caterpillar preferred)
- Background in technical sales, product support, or service roles
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
